Yes. Submitting is completely free. We only make money when we successfully license your video - and so do you.

You keep 65% of every net licensing deal we close. We take 35% as our fee for rights management, protection and sales.

Net means the deal value after deducting payment processing fees (typically 2-3%) and platform commissions. We detail every deduction on your monthly statement.

Monthly, once your accumulated royalties exceed €30. You'll be paid by bank transfer or PayPal - your choice.

Your royalties accumulate indefinitely. If no deal is closed within 24 months, any accumulated amount below €30 is retained by TBViral as a management fee. We'll notify you 30 days before this happens.

2 years, exclusive. This means you can't license the same video to another agency during that period. After 2 years, it auto-renews for 1 year unless you cancel.

Yes, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. If you cancel at your fault before the contract ends, an early termination fee applies (see Terms).

We register your video on YouTube Content ID, Instagram Rights Manager and Facebook Rights Manager within 7 days. But your rights don't stop there - your contract covers every platform, territory and media worldwide. If your video appears on TV, TikTok, Twitter, or any website without permission, we can act legally on your behalf.

Genuinely viral or virally-potential footage: animals, accidents, sports, human interest, weather events, news moments. We don't accept staged or scripted content.

Yes. You keep the copyright. You grant TBViral an exclusive license to manage and license the footage - you never transfer ownership.

We typically respond to licensing requests within 24 hours on business days.

Usage rights vary by deal. We offer non-exclusive digital licenses, broadcast licenses, and exclusive licensing. All details are specified in the license agreement.

Yes. Every video in our catalogue has been verified for original ownership before listing.
