• Evaluate and process your video submission
• Manage the licensing agreement and pay royalties
• Respond to contact and licensing requests
• Comply with our legal and accounting obligations

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (submission and licensing agreement), our legitimate interest (responding to enquiries), and legal obligation (accounting records).

We share your video and licensing information with prospective buyers (media outlets, brands) strictly to the extent necessary to negotiate and conclude licensing deals. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Resend (United States) - delivery of transactional and contact emails
• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) - security and anti-spam protection of our forms
• Google Ireland Limited / YouTube - video playback, if you consented to non-essential cookies

6. Transfers outside the European Union

The processors listed above are established in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 for organisations certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where a processor is not certified, by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. tbviral.com sets strictly necessary technical cookies required for the site to function and to protect our forms against abuse. Non-essential cookies - currently limited to the YouTube player - are only set if you accept them in the consent banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
